The Titan™ - Single Feed
The Mark 7 Titan Loading System was developed through the experience we have from creating tens-of-millions of rounds through Mark 7’s original commercial press, The Revolution. Titan is a very versatile and configurable machine, allowing the user to custom tailor their press towards their specific needs. The adjustable press stroke will accommodate rounds from 380 ACP to 338 Lapua, making the Titan truly a one-size-fits-all, commercial powerhouse. Independent servo motors control the shell plate, drive mechanism and primer disk, giving the user unmatched control and tune-ability.
The All-New Titan has a single feed configuration option, allowing one press to run a 12-station machine setup for processing, priming, or loading with pre-primed brass.
Features:
- 12 station press with toolhead die stations in single feed configuration and 10 die stations in double feed configuration
- Capable of speeds over 5000 rounds per hour
- Motorized Shell plate and Primer disk for precise and smooth indexing
- Robust Core chassis comprised of All precision CNC machined parts
- Hardened steel and Aluminum parts
- All new pneumatic Bullet dropper pre seats the projectile
- Commercial Grade Case feeder and Bullet feeders
- Ability to Double Feed, doubles output every cycle
- New XL Powder Measure with Geared drivetrain with double powder capacity (capable of feeding extruded powder)
- Preset toolhead height adjustment; variable stroke allows for no wasted time when loading pistol calibers, but with a press of a button can accommodate large rifle rounds
- Robust, industrial machine HMI with physical Emergency stop button
- All new Electronics control box with future sensor and accessory support
- Front and two sides of Full Machine enclosure come standard
- Machine is in 220v/230v, Collators are 110v/120v

Variable Stroke — Optimized Power for Every Caliber
Larger calibers require longer press strokes, but that extra travel can slow production for smaller, high-output calibers. By utilizing a Variable Stroke, The Titan solves this issue with precision engineering.
Our design uses dedicated motors to independently drive the shell plate and priming feed systems—separate from the main servo motor powering the tool head. This allows stroke length to be perfectly tuned for each caliber without sacrificing speed.
Pistol Mode: 2.75" stroke for maximum throughput.
Standard Rifle Mode: Full 4" stroke with indexing starting three-quarters up, completing before the tool head finishes travel for faster cycles.
XL Mode: Tool head fully raises before indexing, giving large calibers—like .338 Lapua—the clearance they need for seated projectiles.
From high-volume 9mm runs to specialized .338 Lapua builds, and even custom solutions for rare or newly developed calibers, the Titan delivers maximum cycle speed for every application.
Here's an example of how a .338 Lapua looks both right before and right after bullet seating. Let us know what your business needs and we'll do our best to accommodate for it
Independent Motor Control & Higher Collator Capacity
No Mechanical Index Adjustment Needed
Unlike the Revolution, the Titan requires no manual index adjustment. The system auto-calibrates at startup, monitors index position every cycle, and performs micro-adjustments as needed—ensuring precise indexing and clean guide pin engagement.
Priming Disc and Shell Plate can be put in Neutral
In the event of a jam or during maintenance, the shell plate and priming disc can be placed in neutral and manually rotated in either direction, improving both usability and efficiency. Built-in auto re-correction detects obstructions—such as a stubborn case—and attempts re-indexing while the rest of the system pauses until indexing is complete.
Higher Collator Capacity for Faster Throughput
Integrated onboard priming, digital powder measure delivery, and upgraded collator capacity & speed for the case feeder & bullet feeder allows for less time spent feeding components and increased throughput.
Pneumatic Bullet Dropper
For Titan, we developed a pneumatic bullet seating dropper which has an adjustable pre-seat that prevents bullet topple. In most pistol and small rifle applications for newer processed brass, no neck expansion is required before seating the bullet. This helps to achieve consistent neck tension and better concentricity by providing support before final seating and allowing cartridges to be loaded faster and more consistently than relying on gravity style droppers. Calibers like 300 blackout and 8.6 blackout that are predominantly top heavy see and great advantage using this system as well as smaller projectiles like 5.56mm
12 Station Toolhead Allows for Single or Dual Feed Loading
Customer demand over the years led us to produce Revolution presses in specialized configurations, such as processing, priming, or loading with pre-primed brass. With the Titan, we expanded to a 12-station tool head, enabling both single and dual feed setups. In dual feed mode, six stations can be dedicated to each operation—effectively doubling machine output in certain configurations.
The Titan features a fully framed machine enclosure, providing integrated safety shielding during operation while offering flexible mounting points for collators in any configuration. Removable panels allow quick and easy access when needed.
Shown below is a full loading configuration for .338 Lapua, with the case feeder and bullet feeder mounted directly to the frame. Use the tabs below to see each station in this setup.

Other Advantages to Titan
Larger Collators for Bullet & Case Feeder
The Titan utilizes 16" M-A systems case feeder, offering higher capacity and variable speed adjustments to keep production running smoothly. For bullet feeders, rifle's also utilize a 16" system while pistols still use a 14" one.
Two Powder Measure Options; HS & HT
Two powder measure types are available: HS (High Speed) and HT (High Torque). The HS uses a belt-driven motor for speed, while the HT uses a gear-driven motor for the torque needed to shear extruded powder. Both feature smart motors that detect jams or metering faults and halt the machine before a powder check alarm is triggered.
Expanded Sensor & Port Capacity
Every sensor on the Titan can be doubled, and multiple additional ports are available for future expansion. Standard equipment includes SwageSense, primer orientation, case detection for the bullet dropper, and bullet seat confirmation sensors. IR sensors monitor case and projectile levels to automatically control the collators.
Enhanced UI & UX Experience
The Titan introduces a fully redesigned control system and user interface, featuring a pressure-sensitive touchscreen. An integrated emergency-stop and recovery system adds another layer of operational safety.
